How to Pay
London Payment Deposits - There is a little flexibility on the first deposit but the remaining payments have to be made on time for us to make payments to the travel company for booking flights and hotels. Spaces for alumni and PARENTS only are open - no siblings - first come first serve at full $4625 price.
If paying by card, you can go to https://mcneesefoundation.org/giving-form/ and select London Band Trip (Student Payment). Select ‘in honor of’ and put the name of the person the payment is being made for.
If paying by cash/check/money order, you can pay at Smith Hall but must fill out a Deposit Slip for the London Trip.
Upon making a payment, you must fill out this form (LINKED BELOW) and upload a copy of your receipt for EACH payment. DO NOT EMAIL RECEIPTS TO THE DIRECTORS.
We already have enough committed funds to drop the out-of-pocket overall cost per person (McNeese Students & Faculty) to $4079.

08.18.27 – US$900pp Deposit with any Freshman or late add-ons having to catch up. The goal will be to fundraise to cut down the final payment for performers.
