The Pride of McNeese Heads to London for the January 1, 2018 New Year's Day Parade!
The Pride of McNeese Cowboy Marching Band has received an invitation to perform in the 2018 London New Year's Day Parade. The band will be fundraising and accepting donations to its travel fund during 2017. To donate, you may call the foundation office directly at 337-475-5588

NEW: Student performing members of the band: Remember the payment system will show the total price of your trip. YOU are only responsible for paying $2,350
NEW: Family, alumni and fans traveling as part of our "Shadow Group:" Remember the payment system will show less than the total price of your trip. Please follow the Shadow Group Payment Schedule exactly, with your final payment (November) being paid by check to the band office.

INCOMING NEW MEMBERS FOR FALL '17: To be added to the online London Trip payment system, please send a request via email to: email@example.com
Incoming new members may begin making payments at any time, up until September 1st, when everyone is required to be current with the payment schedule.
Every individual (students AND Shadow Group travelers) traveling to London MUST be up to date with the payment schedule by SEPTEMBER 1st. Those not current with the payment schedule by September 1st will forfeit any payments made and will not travel to London.
In order to set up online payment accounts, the band office will need names and email addresses for ALL SHADOW GROUP MEMBERS traveling with us. Please send that information to: firstname.lastname@example.org
PASSPORTS: Passengers must be in possession of a valid and current passport. We recommend that you place the order for your passport at least two months prior to the trip.
Make sure that you get the passport book. The passport card is not valid for international air travel. The passport book is approximately $110.00.

All US passports must have remain valid in excess of six months after the date of return to the USA. Non US passport holders should verify their status with regard to their re-entry into the USA.
